I like this photo because it shows a lot of scary power and the emotion someone would get if they saw this storm would be scared

I like this picture because it looks like a rapture is happening or like people are being adducted  most peoples would think what is happening and feel shocked and surprised

This picture makes all of the stands that are making the building stay look like in a pattern and also it balances out the picture too and it would also be pretty dark if it was at night instead of day

Common Tools

4. Crop Tool: It is used to cut off a portion of your photo it is also another possible way to make your photo look smaller.

5. Lasso Tool: It it used to specific point stuff out in the photo being showed you can also draw shapes with it the changes made will only affect the portion of the photo.

6. Text Tool: Allows you to add text in your image it can be used in two different you can click once on your image using the text tool or you can click-and-drag in order to create a text box.

7. What buttons do you push to "Undo" a mistake you made?

Command-Z (MAC) or CTRL-Z (PC) is the "undo" command that will undo the last action you took.

You have to pull up the History palette. Window --> History menu

Semester Final Part 2 and 3

                                        Part 2:

1.  Ron Rodriguez drives in his car in California on a early thursday morning  Ron Rodriguez was at the wrong place at the wrong time he had no idea what was going on. Now laying in his car on his seat with bullets through his window along with blood.

2. Dilon Jackson rides his horse while he went to war for his country in Iraq on a Tuesday night. Dilon and his soldiers were attacked by surprise and now Dilon Jackson and his horse won't go down with out a fight.

3. Frank Gomez runs down the street on fire in Florida on a Monday after noon. Frank played with fire with hair spray to make a flame thrower then it back fired and now he's on fire. 

                                        Part 3:

1. I think the rule for the one with all the guys racing with bikes is the simplicity rule because theres still background and its very easy to see what the subject of the photo is

2. I think the rule for the one with the girl in the rain is a rule of thirds because everything else is even except theres just the girl on one side of the picture which makes it uneven

3.i know the one rule with the runners is view point because the person that took the picture is not eye to eye level he's on a higher level taking the picture

4. I think the one with the guy in the camp uniform is rule of thirds because he's off to the right side of the photo by himself there isn't another person standing next to him

Mural Project Preview

1. What theme could you use here at school to make your own mural that tells a unique Akins story?
Go to B lunch and see how some peoples day is going so far anything could happen at anytime.

2. Why is this theme worth devoting time time and effort to capture? Why would other students care about this theme?
Because some people don't have B lunch and some people may want to see how B lunch is like.

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages to using a phone camera to do this project?
The disadvantage is that some times it doesn't look as good and it doesn't focus but the advantage it that its still a picture and you can still see it if you aim right.

4. What are the advantages and disadvantages to using an SLR camera to do this project?
The disadvantage is that it isn't small enough to put in your pocket and the advantage is the picture comes out much more clear and it also focuses much better.

5. Should we use phones or SLR cameras for this project? Why?
I think we should use SLR cameras because i don't mind just caring it around my neck plus i want my pictures to be nice and clear not crapy and blurry.

Africa

This one is my favorite because it kind of shows the soft side of such a dangerous animal. The lion is more of a symbol of power and here he seems to let down his strength to this lioness I think this shows a good example of contrast in a different way the color is the same but the sizes of the animals are very different the lion looks down upon the lioness and is clearly bigger than her

1. He uses a Pentax 67II with only two lenses.
2. Nick fell in love with the animals of East Africa and he knew the only way to express his love was through photography.
3. He wants to reveal the true personality of wild animals.
4. You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit you move in close.
